      Pros

      Interesting internal clients, cool office, great coworkers. Opportunities to travel once in awhile.

      Cons

      The people at the top do not care about work/life balance. They want you there whether you're doing good work or not—it's about the appearance to investors. The CEO is like a giant toddler and no one will stand up to him or tell him no on anything. People regularly screamed at or called out for small mistakes unless they're favorites of the CEO (bizarre).
