You're set up for failure before you even step foot through the door on your first day. You should expect to dedicate at least 3 hours of your day when interviewing at this company, with two of those hours spent twiddling your thumbs and waiting for the Executive to arrive at the conference room. At this point, I should have gotten up and left, but I didn't.
