Pros
Management are experienced and lovely (new crew that have been brought on) Supervisor is inexperienced and lets the rest of staff slack as she doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't seem to care either.
Cons
ALH accountants failed to pay me after 6 weeks, no money through Christmas and into the new year. Venue manager had to loan me money out of his own pocket to get through. Young and inexperienced staff. ALH won't give management control over petty things like hiring of security and control of cleaning funds to further clean the pub properly.
