There's so much work pressure that I couldn't focus om anything god but to prevent that pressure from exploding!

The conniving management always has this EVIL intent of blaming employees for their bad decisions, SUFFOCATING us with so much pressure, and terrible leadership!

The leadership's close-mindedness was quite evident, as they often took a superior attitude and rode a high horse when dealing with their people. This behavior made those under them feel powerless and marginalized, which was both frustrating and annoying. Additionally, the leadership had a tendency to manipulate situations to their advantage, often using their position of power to achieve their personal goals.
