      High energy, fast growth company - High Tech start-up mind-set to a healthcare company - best of both worlds. Focused on People and Passion to drive excellence. Core Alignment: FREEDOM, PASSION, PURPOSE, COURAGE and DO WHAT WE SAY !!! Great opportunity to drive a new business model in self-pay / private pay healthcare industry.

      Actually this is not a con, but a huge advantage - fast growth brings change and with change comes constant growth and opportunity to excel in.

      Pros

      I'm still friends with many of the people I used to work with. That's the only pro I can think of. I'd give this place negative stars if I could.

      Cons

      After two massive layoffs in spring 2016, the company is floundering and only a skeleton crew remains. Almost all of the talented people are gone and practically everyone left is just management. You can't trust anyone there. If you want anything resembling a stable job or want to be treated decently as a human being, don't even spend a second looking here.

      Pros

      Before 90% of the work force was laid off there were some hardworking and genuine people.

      Cons

      There have been two huge layoffs this year and since even more employees have been let go. Terrible management of money and a top heavy management structure has resulted in the rapid decline of the company. Very sad.
