Ideas are snubbed before being allowed to grow
Junior staff see new folks as threats to their efforts and subject new staff to the following:
- Alienation through character sabatoge amongst friends.
- Isolation with providing no real training on their day to day operation
- School yard bullying by pointing and laughing at the new employee in the car park (wish i was joking)
- Spreading rumors about the new employee to various staff on campus rather than including them in day to day operations
- Deleting their work
- Claiming their other work
- Backpedaling on promises that were established during the interview
- boasting about company paid outings while excluding and hiding that is occuring from the new staff
- witnessed verbal abuse towards junior staff or amongst junior staff while management was out of the room, told it was normal and "amongst friends" when reporting it
- dismissed when reporting toxic environment and lack of kept promises during interview
- stalking staff using CCTV for personal entertainment rather than legitimate reasons
- excluded senior experienced staff from discussions and instead paying outside consultants for advice
