I've thinking about this for at least 8 months now. NOTHING. The CEO and Founder (so called) are a joke. Zero professionalism, can't keep their word because vision is no where to be seen. They've a bad day means they will target a weak link and embarrass the happiness out of them in front of the whole office. The most sad part is if you take anything from the pantry they will write your name down and if the office boy fails to do so, it will be taken from his salary. Everything becomes a I will take a "legal case" against you. But the harassment we cause is ok, you can't take a legal case against us. They cut your salary for being 10 mins late even if you've been working post working hours. They take pride in announcing that they've fired people whereas people get fired because they've got a better opportunities and they found out. You could put a resignation mail today and tomorrow you'll get a termination letter from them. It is a joke of the century.

Where do I even start? First of all the fact that they don't even give you a proper appointment letter so that they can play the ugliest games when you decide to leave the job. They will behave like angels when you join them but none of their employees stays for more than a few months. No proper HR, the owner herself do the work of HR and impose company policies forcefully on you. No employee benefit - Yes, no benefits. Not even proper leaves. It was the worst decision of my life to work for them. I will never recommend them to anyone not even to my worst enemy. One more thing, all ratings are fake. They ask their own employees to rate them five stars on google and glassdoor.
