      Terrible Senior Leadership Team

      Pros

      There are very few pros if you are a good performer and conscientious worker

      Cons

      Most of the cons stem from having an Old Boy Australian upper management which is very sticky and role rotate between them. The average ages increases by 1 year every year. This would be so bad if they were any good - the majority are technically poor AND lack leadership abilities

      No consistent pros as directions keep changing. Outcomes depend on self-motivation of the team.

      Cons

      Politics and sabotage by managers acting in self-interest. Unclear and changing strategy and direction. Talkers valued over performers. Short term vision. Reverse gender diversity discrimination - Unqualified individuals promoted solely based on gender

      Nice work/ life balance for a front office role in an investment bank

      Cons

      Pathetic leadership, highly politicized with low diversity. Worked in Singapore and saw amazing talents being discarded because of myopic views of upper management
