      Pros

      Good amounts of freedom and great work environment.

      Cons

      24/7 On-call responsibility, manager expected frequent unpaid overtime but wouldn't go so far as to say it.

      AOC was a nice place to work where a variety of responsibilites can be had without spending years moving up the ladder.

      Pros

      You will get a lot of exposure to different responsibilites if your background is diverse. This small, private company will ask a lot of willing and skillful workers, so high performers will get a lot of recognition.

      Cons

      The small company atmosphere can be prevalent. The opinions of a few key people can make or break your chances of advancement. The workforce also brought in the union, but there is not a strong support for or against. This splits the workforce into factions which can make doing things difficult at times.

      Good place to work overall

      Pay is good. I like the hours. The people are nice. I like what I do. Really good insurance.

      Cons

      Insurance is really expensive without tiers. Do not earn enough PTO. Low to no accountability. Little to no chance of advancement.
