Pros
If you are tired of getting lost in the shuffle and not being heard you certainly will not have that problem here. AP Logic puts a lot of effort into picking team members that fit into their small team, and everyone is expected to contribute unique talents. Because they work with entrepreneurs, the projects are all unique and interesting, often pushing the boundaries of software technology. Rather then working on one product and constantly iterating, they get to build new platforms from the ground up every year.
Cons
This is a small company so everyone is expected to be flexible and jump around to different stuff as needed. The management is pretty practical so they don't like to throw money around on random stuff like some software companies. They would definitely choose to pay a higher salary then to offer a bunch of perks and intensives.
