Pros

Some colleagues are nice Because leaders don’t know what they want, you are free to suggest (but don’t expect them to listen or give credit)

Cons

No SOP. Weak leadership, everything changes like the weather. Demands/meetings are last minute. Poor benefits, HR is not helpful, everything works in silos. No integration amongst departments, no knowledge retention, the good ones have left the company.

Pros

Hard to say... Losses when competitors make profits.. Org structure is in limbo and Managment is lackluster

Cons

See above. Cut throat competition. APL came late in key decisions on bigger ships and shifting focus to trades that do make money.
