Pros

Technology is well done. Technology team although eccentric, knows their stuff and is accommodating.

Cons

- Ownership was misleading when I began my role. Said they had many opportunities in the pipeline, close to fruition, and that was untruthful. - Ownership is secretive and unaccepting of new ideas. It is definitely a "my way or the highway" mentality. - Owners are not truthful with investors. Say sales are imminent or coming when they are not. They paint a picture that doesn't exist. - In a way, they set the system up for failure. They offer a well done, complex system, that if it could be purchased in a modular format, would be successful. However, owners do not let prospects purchase modules, instead insisting they buy the whole package. It's like going in to a store to buy a snickers bar, and are made to buy the whole candy aisle. - Entire sales staff (including sales management) was let go or quit within 6 months of employment at the company.

Pros

In all honesty, and to keep this review fair, the product is excellent. If the company is run properly, it could make impact.

Cons

Upon entering the company with a brand new sales team of 4 (all gone after less than 3 months together) we were promised the ability to build the sales team, sales processes, and work our territories. A few weeks later we were handed 150 "MQL's" which were nothing more than email opens from a year ago. We were then tracked daily about how many outreaches we made, our phones calls were recorded and listened to, our emails could not be sent without CEO approval, ZERO autonomy like was promised. After starting, we found out the CFO and head of product are the Husband and Daughters of the CEO. Because of that, there is no checks and balances. The CFO is a rude hothead that thinks Higher Ed sales is as simple as "picking up the phone." The CEO is the most two-faced person I have ever met-will complement you to your face, then have her rude husband reprimand you while she's not around. They are hemorrhaging investor money with expensive freebies, logo apparel, branded yeti cups, etc. I feel badly for whatever investor they swindled money away from.
