Pros
There are different teams so each team has its own culture and it's so cool. Team Leaders know what they are doing and what they want. (at least my team lead) Nice projects and various opportunities.
Cons
Managers say to work like it's your own company but I suggest not to do and be more conservative however still it depends on your team.
