Pros
The company develops very interesting and promising products for civil aviation. Small and dynamic team. Many very qualified high level professionals.
Cons
Almost half of the small team are managers. If some of them disappeared nobody will notice or, probably, the business will go smoother.

Pros
The people working at iJet are great! It's a really collaborative environment. Management encourages growth and provides opportunities. The team is relatively small and you won't get lost in the shuffle. Everyone has a positive attitude and work really well together.
Cons
Premiums for family can be a bit expensive but employee is covered.
