Pros
Great initial impression. Flexible work environment. Seemingly understanding employer. Great place to get some initial experience, but don’t stay too long.
Cons
Poor total compensation. Get everything in writing, or write an email after your discussion. Management is squirly. The biggest danger is you’ll feel like you’re heard or they have your back. Don’t be mistaken! Management is ultimately out for their own interests.
