No rules 👈 They just want to cut your pay anyhow Company policy revolves how they can torture you Only 2 leaves per months no exceptions Sand which leave policy Old technology no learning You can’t grow no exposure 5 precent appraisals Management is mean ,not having plans . They cant be changed full of crap

The company culture has declined after the ownership change. No value is placed on skill development. There are very limited growth opportunities and no clear career path. Employees are undervalued, with no real work recognition, contributions are often overlooked or taken credit for by seniors. Technology and processes are outdated.
