      Pros

      I love being able to work my own schedule in the day to day. I might have to travel for my position which I cannot control. But when it comes to your usual Monday at work I can either come in whenever I want and leave whenever I want! As long as I am getting my work done for the day there is no issue to your time table in the office.

      Cons

      The management is gone from the office a lot. That can make it either very quiet or hard to get in touch with them.

      Have a good work environment and the work force is good. I got the opportunity to learn about the cellular network technologies.
