Pros

Very high motivated colleagues. Great flexibility over working from home, supporting work-life balance, high quality work and reputation in the field

Cons

Operations are weak and ineffective particularly HR and Finance lacking of competence and affecting programatic work, undestaffed and overworked, organisation increasingly replying on restricted funding, old-school SLT would need a refresh as most of them have been there for decades, workload and responsibilities don't reflect salary.
