If you are a white man you have the opportunity to be very successful here. 10% of the men working there make well over 6 figures.
Cons
Women are treated like second rate citizens. You will work ten times harder then the men around you with double the qualifications. If you aren’t a white man they will never allow you to be a part of their “clique” which is where the preferential treatment is. There is little to no diversity. Racism and sexism is rampant. The harassment of women is made into jokes as well as racist comments.
