Decent starter job for controls engineer

Cons

Management will very rarely have your back as the dollar sign is gods word. Field work sounds exciting at first but will ship you out on back to back multi-month jobs without breaks. There are snakes in the other departments that will try to bring you down to bring themselves up. Benefits arent great either and judge you for taking sick days and vacation time.

Ok pay somewhat to be honest.

Cons

Do not get sick . Company does not care if you have doctor note, They want to work even if your sick. Do not have any family emergency they do not care they will hold it against.

- People are friendly - Most people seem like they want the best for you - Good hard working environment

Cons

- Asking important questions was discouraged rather than encouraged which can lead to lack of engagement - Micromanage behavior - Probation is more focused on testing not training. This can work for some but not for others. There should be more engagement in the training.
