ASCENDtials is an amazing organization to work for because its original, honest and genuine approach to achieving its mission. The work is remote and flexible, but still structured and systematic, using tools like Asana and Slack for better planning, task management, communication and transparency. The CEO is leading by example, passionate about the work, knowledgeable, uses positive motivation practices and is patient and considerate with every team member. The team is diverse both culturally and in professional background, which enriches the organization and contributes to creativity, development and team spirit.

The staff that work here are kind, thoughtful, and really concerned with the idea of representing our best "self". The organization is run by a team of volunteers, with backgrounds that represent their understanding that we must strive to become the best version of ourselves. There are endless opportunities to create and utilize ancient practices to guide us in a world that bombards us with practices that don't develop our best version of ourselves. I'm happy to be part of this team.
