      Pros

      There are some pretty talented engineers there who can teach newer engineers. I learned so much from my coworkers there.

      Cons

      Higher management makes it a difficult place to work in and doesn't seem to care too much about the people under them. This company was recently purchased by another big company, so that may help with the current management issues there are having there.
