Cons

If you are good at chaplusi (flattery) and pleasing management, you will survive here. If you believe in honest work instead of chatugiri, this company can feel like hell. Very high level of internal politics. Drinking culture is very common; if you like alcohol, you may enjoy it here. Employees are often expected to work like slaves without proper appreciation.
