      Pros

      Perks are unmatched. Subsidized F&B (capped) in a cafe with hotel-quality catering. Casual work environment - dress in a beachwear and no one would blink No hierarchical protocol - SVP communicates with Associate etc easily Salary increment confirmed, bonus depends on performance.

      Cons

      They spoil you rotten so you are very reluctant to leave.

      None that are obvious. All companies have pros and cons you just have to know what you want.

      Amazing working culture! Well, it depends on who you report to.

      Planning and execution needs to be improved. Someone has to look into end to end customer journey and how to improve user resolution journey.
