Great work-from-home options, but promotion issues abound
Pros
Great for PTO. Great for work from home opportunities. Great for no micromanaging (also bad because leaders do not listen).
Cons
I was passed over numerous times for promotion despite meeting and exceeding goals. I was asked to train the hires that were promoted in place of me, which lead to increased frustration in not being selected. Only after threatening to quit was I promoted. Once promoted I was a high sales performer, due to salary I was told to slow down on sales instead of being provided support. You are not rewarded for your effort. Major favoritism shown in promotions. Pretty much every time the wrong person is promoted. Often the right person is finally promoted when they threaten to leave. Good employees are "too valuable in their current position to promote."
