Pay — they work you to death so if you’re hourly you will get ot but these folks do not believe in work life balace
Cons
If your position does not require you to work with the owners (especially the sisters) you maybe ok. If you work in accounting, hr, administrative run for the hills. Those women are toxic, they belittle people, scold employees as if they are children, and are unreasonable to work with.
