Unknown direction for software development team
Pros
1. Work-life balance. 2. Flexible working hours and allowed to work from home. 3. Good for retirement. 4. Low boundary entry for a senior developer who enjoys the minimum effort and maximum pay.
Cons
1. Underpay for who are working hard. 2. Overpay for those carrying a so-called senior developer title without actually performing their responsibility. This really doesn't make any sense to me, the worse is the senior developer asks the junior developer to help them on development because they don't how to do it. I really felt sorry to the junior developer because he doesn't get any guidance or knowledge from these so-called senior developers. 3. No career progression for fresh entry developer in Singapore team. Hard work doesn't recognize since the manager is remotely manage.
