Pros

People here are generally very slack so you get quite good work life balance. To some departments, going home on the dot matters more than the urgent tasks on hand so you can leave on the dot too since nothing can be done.

Cons

Really bad culture with some bullying personalities at Director and leadership level. Worse is management seem okay with these bullying personalities as they are being recognised and given bigger responsibilities. Plenty of rude people and so it’s bad mental wellness. And dont be lured by the staff discounts as you will regret buying their products especially when it comes to claims. There is also an issue of too many non locals in this company especially in team lead positions and therefore clueless about the local market.

Pros

Agile, work from home. Good salary and benefit

Cons

Management level has low IT skill. With that as an excuse , they passed all the admin job that required IT skill such as vlookup etc to young employees. Young employee with high qualification are always be doing admin/data entry. Misuse of employees knowledge. After all, managers are unwilling to learn and increase their IT knowledge and to keep up to technology. Even worse, managers protect their ‘turf’ not letting you to get into the ‘real’ job. Lousy system. A big company but not investing their money into technology. Making the work flow even worse. What’s with putting the right person to the right place? With agile, you won’t get close relationship with your team in the department. Some even misuse ‘work from home’. Didn’t even work from home.
