Great diverse culture with a focus on the staff. Really engaging leadership team with a clear vision which is delivered consistently across the business. Collaborative environment and a desire to provide focused solutions for customers. Always looking for ways to improve and provide a high level of customer service. An employer that celebrates its people regularly.
Cons
IT is challenging albeit there is a lot of investment in bringing this into the future to drive efficiencies and give our people time and space to do what they do well.
