Unbelievably poor management, unclear expectations, and lack of guidance. Different expectations depending on your manager. The one woman on the team (other than myself) was catty, rude, and generally unkind. It was clear that she preferred to be the only woman on the team and would rather behave like a bratty teenager than to offer any support whatsoever to other women in the industry and on her team. It's 2018 - let's help one another in a male dominated industry rather than hurt.
Moreover, I was constantly asked for feedback and when I provided said feedback I was completely ignored. I understand that this is a large company and change comes slow as it does for any organization this size, but why even ask how my manager can help me if my constructive suggestions are completely ignored?
Finally and most unfortunately, the technology is woefully out of date. One will find themselves entering data all day to multiple different systems that don't communicate with one another and still be expected to get a large workload done on time. Management needs to meet its employees in the middle.
