No Good Salary and no Appraisal for freshers till 2years

Pros

-Aerospace Projects are good, -Liberal at office hours (depends on which team you are in) - very good company for experienced more than 7-8 years.

Cons

- Delay in Crediting Allowance.(even though they are very less) - Onsite opportunities are person favored. - lunch & dinner food is pathetic, feels like hell. - No appraisal for for freshers till two years (sometimes around 2.5 years). - Appraisal cycle is unstable. - HR Policies are not employee friendly. No proper response from HR. -No own office building. (KBP building is already old and not good)

No pros.. You will get free tablet (head ache) after having everyday meeting with manager..

Cons

No proper management. They will treat you as a machine, as of they hired a machine and they want to get maximum utilisation. Make false promises. No proper licences. Waste Team leads. Waste manager. Totally there is no goal of working in AXISCADES. No scope of learning.

Nothing much actually, the only pros was there was a canteen in the top floor and now it's demolished.

Cons

Stupids are in the management level, region based politics at the peak. No decent salary for junior level people.
