First impressions count - and boy did it count for AYP. The recruitment and onboarding process was incredibly smooth and carefully curated for potential employees and new joiners. The interview process was structured and had depth. The fantastic HR team was prompt in providing updates and were ever-present to address any issues I might have. The dedicated team here at AYP made me feel at home right from the get go, and have always been there to provide support whenever needed.
