      Pros

      Most of the time, it is remote work, and companies don't have late nights or weekend meetings, which they respect your off days.

      Cons

      Company continues to explore due to a lack of strategic direction. Unwilling to listen to experienced and skilled employees, many top-notch talents have left to work with other, better companies, which are all A-players. The company doesn't know how to respect employees and value their opinions.

      Great Culture

      Pros

      I had worked for AYP for more than 2 years since I graduated. The company has a great culture and promotes lots of learning and opportunities to me. Its a fun environment and customer centric culture. Everyone seeks to find ways to improve and do things better.

      Cons

      Every company has its cons but I look at it as challenges and areas for improvements. There is nothing I can complain about, in fact I am really grateful for the opportunities given to me.

      Good potential but hard to materialise in current environment

      Pros

      Friendly working culture and promote collaboration; Good place to gain experience for entry to mid level of career; Fast promotion for entry to mid level staff who performs; By default work from home arrangement, save time for transit; Flexible and shorter working hours; Most of the positions do not require OT most of the time.

      Cons

      Too many meetings focusing more on formality instead of actual contents, which can be quite costly considering how many resources are wasted. Remuneration level is sub par.
