They never acknowledge your achievements and fail to keep their promises. When a candidate passed away, the CEO announced that an award would be created in her name—but it was never implemented. Such an emotional misuse. I’ve been following up for my relieving letter, but they refuse to even respond.

I am excited to share that I have recently joined Abacus, and the experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, I have felt truly welcomed and valued. Abacus stands out as an employee-friendly organization that genuinely prioritizes people and their well-being. The onboarding was smooth, and every interaction with the leadership reflected a strong culture of respect, support, and inclusion. It’s refreshing to see a workplace where values aren’t just words on a wall but are practiced daily.
