Pros
- small team, get to work closely with managers and executives - close knit team - company culture values meritocracy, you get what you give - opportunity to get in on the ground floor, excellent for career growth - diversity in opportunities and projects to work on
Cons
- deadlines can be tight and tough - very high expectations from management - sudden changes in project direction and shortening of deadlines can be stressful - little guidance or documentation for how to do things - long hours
