Absolute Web has a great work culture, and encourages employee growth. The team dynamic feels much like a family, from joking around to always supporting each other, which eliminates a lot of potential stress. I like that there are individuals on our team with specialized skill sets, so no matter what question you have, there is someone with the answer. I've learned A LOT in just a short time working here, and it's exciting to know that no two days are the same. On the Marketing team, there are lot of opportunities to connect with Industry Partners, and learn how to use new platforms. There is flexibility for hybrid work, and employees are trusted to get their job done without being micro-managed.
