1. Genuinely dreadful pay (far below industry average) 2. No employment benefits to speak of 3. Promises made by upper management regarding pay rises that are not kept 4. Poor work culture, work completed is not valued, engineers are taken for granted 5. Complete lack of transparency coming from upper management, you will often be blindsided by changing priorities, lay offs, and random emergency meetings that you must attend
