Pros

Dynamic fast moving business that supports employees to grow and enhance their skills. The Acacium Group and Xyla supports the NHS to provide high quality health and care services which does make the work we deliver very rewarding. The people I work with genuinely care about the work they do and want to do their best. Lots of innovate health proposals being put forward with a steady move to provide more private services to support service users get the health care services they want quickly. Personally I have been given lots of opportunities to do different and more challenging things that take me out of my comfort zone in my 5 years with the company. I would really recommend working for Acacium Group and Xyla.

Cons

Significant cost challenges due to reduction in NHS funding

People care. The purpose of improving people's lives is inspiring, and I see the difference this organisation makes; I see people working hard, really hard, for this to happen. Mike, the CEO, is fantastic.

Cons

It is busy and lots of changes! (But I believe you will have this in most places)
