      There are no pros.

      Cons

      They see you as a dollar sign only. Your best will never be good enough. They find any reason to not pay their vendors. They treat people like garbage in front of the entire call center. You have zero job security, even if you been with them for 6 years they drop you the minute you don't produce to their standard. Its impossible to please them. They have daily meetings about how the whole company can do better and should do better or you will be fired. They are never happy. They are abusive. They make you constantly sign "a policy" that everyone signs and it becomes part of your record. They hire and fire people almost daily. I cannot believe they have not been any class action lawsuits yet.

      zero job security, you are at the whims of a very unprofessional president and managers that use abusive language and their position to denigrate people

      Pros

      President of the company is great and willing to listen to your input. You get a parking space that's only 1 block walk. Opportunity to make extra on After hours once they trust you.

      Cons

      High School mentality. Many uneducated upper management that are only in their roles due to length of time there. You must have thick skin 24/7 or they will attack you. You are always having to verify your work (no trust). TOO MUCH DRAMA. If you are not a "favorite" they will find ways to get you fired. IE give you too much work so you fail, teach you wrong so you purposely mess up, push you to your limit mentally and sit back waiting for you to snap. I've never seen a company with such a high turnover. I've seen many people hire and fired within the first month of being there. You will be under paid and the benefits are not worth it (too expensive with no perks)
