Wonderful people, nice IP, terrible management
Pros
Truly some wonderful and talented people work at Acamar films, They have a very flexible work from home policy, and they are not unfair in their payment schemes. The IP itself is lovely with a good message. The upper managers and CEO are also good people who care about the staff and the IP, despite my disapproval for how they run the ship.
Cons
Poor/conflicting management decisions across the board, the CEO can come in at any time and blow up a project that has already been fully approved, this leads into the root cause of the lack of mobility and financial issues the company is currently facing (the industry as a whole is suffering, but this company has been particularly slow in tackling the issue). Lack of progression for most staff members.
