      Great colleagues, but not much else.

      Pros

      Experienced colleagues with a diverse background. Well established name in the field. Projects or assignments are usually high profile.

      Cons

      No-one ever seems to look beyond the scope of this week or this month. Fail one time and you're a bad employee. Management is basically invisible and only involved with sales. Big organizational changes are communicated right before a big holiday, without sufficient details. "By the way, everything about your job is about to change, so have a Merry Christmas!" Extremely cheap with training and development of consultants. Compensation and benfits are well below competitors.

      Skilled consultants Take responsibility for results delivered Excellent knowledge in Strategic IT, Business Intelligence and integration If you deliver results - you can pretty much do what you want

      May be hard to get in to the company Sometimes unclear management

      Pros

      Great minds, ambitious consultants with drive. A good client base in most cities, exciting opportunities in terms of projects and client challenges.

      Cons

      More focus on money than value, top steered organisation. A lot of talk about team work but rather bad at living up to that goal - individual monetary incentments a part of the problem.
