The working environment is one best thing which happens to be the best at Accelirate. People wont let you feel a newbie and try to involve in group tasks which makes a person an "Market Ready Employee". With the leadership of managers and team leaders, one can achieve the milestone for evolving him/her to their best version possible.
Cons
People might need to relocate in respective offices cities which might be hectic to settle in in the initial period especially for freshers.
