The working environment is immature and unprofessional. Management tolerated sexist and race bating comments and jokes in the office. Several persons in leadership positions lacked the skills necessary to lead and develop teams. Some of the louder and more offensive employees were promoted. Sadly talented and highly performing employees were overlooked for advances due to political issues. There was a high level of tension between IT teams. There was "questionable" behavior between management.

Acceller is in an industry that is experiencing high-level consolidation and cut-throat competition, and they are at the mercy of a small number of large external partners. As such, they have to make the types of decisions regarding personnel and benefits that normally accompany these factors. Morale is shaky.
