Pros
flexible work environment with good experience in organising, planning and tracking of multiple ongoing tasks. Monthly basic is ok but it is compensated by good bonuses.
Cons
Managing different type of vessels for turbocharger servicing, which means your are essentially on standby to do some work according to the vessel timing and schedule all over the world. This can be quite stressful as you are not free as you want to be because you might need a laptop to do the work and youre still thinkin about the job during off.
