Work is engaging, and the environment is great. The management does a great job to make sure that people are happy, and I can feel that I can go to them if I need anything. Though there is lots of travel, it is engaging and fun work to do. For personal health insurance, the premiums are very cheap. There are regular raises and a system in place for advancement in the company. When you are not traveling, there is virtually no overtime required. I have only worked overtime in the office on my own choice for the years that I have worked here.
Cons
For some, lots of travel - 50-70% depending on the year, though I find it much more fun than being in the office, so it is not really a con. Health insurance plans have expensive premiums for families, children, and spouses.
