WORST COMPANY EVER

Pros

No pros for this company!! WORST management All good reviews are forced by HR to new employees during onboarding process.

Cons

They will not give you leaves until you have to beg for it. There is so much favouritism in the company, managers and TL's only support those who are they friends with. No company culture, no fun Fridays all you have to do is work 24*7. Micromanagement at its peak, you cannot talk much to others otherwise your TL will complain that you are talking and not working. Feels like school.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear it did not reflect the supportive environment we aim to provide. Feedback like yours is important, and we take it seriously. We never want employees to feel unsupported when requesting time off, overwhelmed by workload, or limited in communication. We are actively reinforcing manager training, reviewing workload distribution, and strengthening our culture initiatives to create a more consistent and positive employee experience across teams. We also want to clarify that employees are never required to post a review, feedback is voluntary, and honest perspectives help us improve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns and will continue working to make Accertify a better place for all employees.

Needed: New Director

Pros

-Great place to start if coming out of college and need to build that resume. (Don't stick around.) -Free food. (Yes, food provided but followed with the expectation you now owe them your first born child for throwing some tacos down your throat from time to time.) -Because it is an entry level job you work with many young "professionals" like yourself. (The word professionals would be greatly exaggerated from director on down.) -They provide ping pong table and playstation in break room. (You will be judged hard by management if seen playing.) -The office itself is very up to date. (I would post a picture to prove it but you are treated like a child in middle school who isn't trusted with own phone inside the work place.)

Cons

Where do I start? -Promotions to good analyst who lack any managerial or people skills. -You are treated and watched like a child. -You are not even looked at like a person with a life outside of work but instead expect you to put Accertify over all. -Hours are awful. -Have to work weekends/holidays and mandatory OT. - Team leads have no compassion or understanding for your personal problems. (REAL LIFE EXAMPLES: Your car broke down? You are sick? YOUR GIRLFRIEND WAS JUST MUGGED? Yeah we are going to need you to come in to work today! ) -Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism! -They do not want to help you better yourself professionally or personally because they are so scared you will leave, not realizing they are going to be left with a bunch of "yes people" who are too comfortable or too stupid to leave. - Director on down gossip about other managers, team leads and employees like a a bunch of high school girls who are trying to distract you from the fact they are so unhappy with their own dead end careers. -Teamleads and managers are so micromanaged by director they continue the cycle on down making everyone from top to bottom unhappy creating a toxic atmosphere. I could go all day with this one...

Pros

*Co-workers *Free coffee *Free food (But only because they want you chained to your desk and to not leave the building) *PS4, ping-pong table, and board games in break room (But you can't use them because Team Leads will notice and watch you like a hawk) *Three days off a week (As long as no one calls in sick or is on PTO or you're not working "optional" overtime. It's not as nice as it sounds - it won't be consistent days off) *American Express benefits (5 months PAID maternity/paternity leave) *Nice job for someone right out of college that is single and has no other obligations other than to work, work, work *Up-to-date office

Cons

*Overtime is required (They will tell you it's optional in your interview but it's not) *Zero work/life balance *Not allowed to take PTO from mid-November to end of December (You get to choose 2 holidays you would like not to work but there is no guarantee you have those two holidays off) *Schedule (6am-4pm, 2pm-12am, or 8pm-6am & if you are on the 2pm or overnight shift you will never be moved to the 6am shift) *Need to give a month's notice (sometimes more) for PTO requests *Management does not trust its employees so you are not allowed to work from home or have your cell phone at your desk *Management gossips about employees *Don't even think about calling in if you're sick, you will be punished later in your year-end review *End of the year review is not based on performance, it is based on how well the director likes you *Management does not value its employees nor does it reward them *Slow to promote employees (You will probably be a Fraud Analyst I for at least two years even though there is zero difference between a I & II except for the title and a pay increase) *High turnover rate (They are unwilling/unable to keep their best employees) *Management never has answers about promotions or raises, or anything really. They blame it on corporate AMEX not giving them the information *You will be burnt-out. A lot.
