      Pros

      - Easy to maintain a healthy work/life balance - The owner is super knowledgeable about the industry - It’s family owned so it has a very friendly vibe! - The company is growing FAST! Lots of room for new projects and opportunities!

      Nice new building Nice sweatshirt for cooler months

      Cons

      Started off okay was feed a bunch of empty promises to start- company has an extremely high turnover rate in all levels of the company. The leadership is chaotic, corners are cut contatantly, safety and customer satisfaction comes second and third place. They don’t keep any of the good guys around long enough to build a good foundation. Coming to work is frustrating as you never know what bomb will Drop next. The product and idea is good just can’t be managed properly

      Excellent Support from coworkers, outstanding customer retention rate, employees are given every resource needed to be successful, team oriented employees, all working together to achieve success.

      Cons

      Small office space in Warminster, PA, but it is manageable. Once you get situated, you don't think about it much. Not much to complain about.
