Pros

Access Systems truly invests in its people. From strong benefits to a culture that prioritizes engagement and community involvement, there’s a clear commitment to supporting employees—not just at work, but through life’s challenges as well. Leadership consistently looks for ways to give back and foster connection, which makes a meaningful difference in day-to-day experience. What stands out most is the people. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely cares about one another. That sense of community is what makes this organization special and keeps many employees engaged long-term.

Cons

The industry is fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly competitive—especially in sales roles. Expectations are clear, and team members are held accountable for results. This environment can be challenging and may not be the right fit for everyone, particularly those who prefer a slower pace or less performance-driven structure.

Pros

When I first joined, the onboarding process was organized and welcoming. The team culture initially felt supportive, and there was a strong sense of opportunity to grow. Leadership did a good job early on of painting a vision that made you feel like you were joining something stable and promising.

Cons

Unfortunately, things have changed—and not for the better. Leadership has shifted heavily toward focusing only on numbers, often at the expense of employees. Over the past month, people have been let go or have left at a rapid pace, with little to no warning. It’s created an unstable environment where job security feels uncertain. There’s also a noticeable pattern of encouraging new hires to leave reviews early on, when everything still feels “new” and polished. That doesn’t reflect the longer-term reality. The company seems to be targeting recent graduates, but the compensation does not match expectations or workload. Overall, this is not the same company it once was, and I would not recommend it to others based on my experience. Advice to Job Seekers: Take your time when considering this company. Don’t rush into accepting an offer based on first impressions. Ask deeper questions during the interview process to get a clearer picture of what you're walking into, such as: How stable is the territory I’ll be managing? What has turnover looked like in this role over the past 6–12 months? How is success measured beyond just hitting numbers? What support systems are in place if performance expectations aren’t met? How often do territories or quotas change? Can you describe the team culture today vs. a year ago? What does career progression realistically look like here?

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value transparency and appreciate the opportunity to respond. As a performance-driven sales organization, we place a strong emphasis on measurable results. Clear metrics help set expectations, identify coaching needs, and ensure fairness and consistency across teams. While this level of accountability isn’t the right fit for everyone, it is essential to long-term success in sales. Periods of change can feel challenging, and we continue working to improve communication during times of transition. We believe there is real opportunity for growth here for individuals who demonstrate consistent activity, adaptability, and a willingness to engage with feedback and coaching. We encourage candidates to ask thoughtful questions during the interview process so they can determine whether our environment aligns with their goals and expectations.
