- Nice working environment with WFH flexibility - Teammates who are always willing to lend a helping hand and who create a positive and supportive work environment - Management team that is approachable and accessible, and who is always willing to listen to the concerns of their staffs - Great employee benefits

Cons

- Lack of clear and concise business goals and objectives from HQ makes it difficult for region offices to align their operations and strategies - Different working procedures and processes used by different region offices can lead to errors, delays, and inefficiencies
