Used to be small and truly agile company that truly cared about creating good SaaS software for customers.

Cons

Laying off 10% of staff at 23rd of december without financial reasons for "streamlining" is a door that once opened, cannot be shut easily. Luckily I personally got out just in time for this hammer to hit. Don't be fooled, new accountor software has nothing to do with old accountor finago that used to be much better, before money started talking too much. Company did a streamline, still has exceptionally high hierarchy but still no true career opportunities to develop individuals. Luckily for the company it's now employers market.

Big company (on finnish scale) Good reputation Good services to customers New HQ which is very nice Lots of knowledge on how to take care of the employees As a consult you are not responsible for sales

Cons

Knows how to take care of the employees but how much they really care about them? Are they on your side if you have problems with a customer? Do they support/thank you if you need to work extra? Salaries ain't good and salary races do not follow the incoming money you bring to the house as a consultant Quite high hierarchy
